1 tablespoon sun flower oil
One chopped onion
1½ pounds lean ground beef
Kwok Wing’s Malaysian Chili Sauce
1 can of whole or diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and washed
½ cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Heat a sun flower oil in a heavy frying pan, put on a medium heat and once hot add some onions.
Once the whiteness of the onions has gone after a minute or two add some minced beef (ground beef) and stir until there is no pink to be seen within the beef.
Add the diced tomatoes and stir for another minute, then add Kwoks Wing Malaysian Chili sauce to your taste (Hot-Mild etc)and stir.
Add some kidney beans and a cup of water then add 1 table spoon of brown sugar.
Once thoroughly stirred in reduce the heat to a simmer and cover with a lid. Leave for about 10 minutes.
To add texture and visual ingredient to add a bit more kick add some diced jalapeno and hot ground pepper.
I like a bit of sour cream with mine !!
