Chilli Vegetable Recipe

Quick and Easy Vegetarian Chilli

Made with our Malaysian Special Chilli Sauce

Ingredients:

  • A few jalapeños
  • Kwok Wing Malaysian Special Chilli Sauce
  • ½ onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • Oregano and cumin, to taste
  • Kidney beans
  • Roasted tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tsp red wine vinegar
  • Brown rice and sour cream, to serve

Method:

  1. Chop the garlic and onion.
  2. Melt a little butter in a large pan over low-medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and stir until the onion turns clear and starts to brown, taking care the garlic doesn’t burn.
  3. Add the Malaysian Special Chilli Sauce to taste (hot or mild), then stir in the tomatoes, jalapeños, oregano, cumin, kidney beans, brown sugar and red wine vinegar.
  4. Simmer on a low heat for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Boil the rice according to the packet instructions, timed to be ready alongside the chilli.
  6. Serve the chilli spooned over a bed of rice, topped with a dollop of sour cream and a sprig of parsley.
Ingredients:

Kwoks Malaysian chili sauce

Half and onion

2 Garlic cloves chopped

Oregano and Cumin to taste

Kidney beans

Some roasted tomatoes

2 tablespoon brown sugar

3 teaspoons red wine vinegar

Brown rice and sour cream

How to:

Chop your garlic and onions how you like it

Add all the ingredients In to a large pan and add a little butter and on a low-medium heat stir until he onions are clear and started to brown.

Ensure the garlic doesn’t not burn.

Add the Kowks chili sauce to taste (Hot-Mild) and add the tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients on a low heat simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Boil the rice according to instructions to be ready about the same time.

Create a circle of rice pour the vegetable in the middle. And a dollop of sour cream with a sprig or parsley for show. Enjoy
